Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. Please review our cancellation guidelines:

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked; and we will no longer service you.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Mobile appointments: If you cancel for any reason once we have already arrived or are en route to your location, you will be charged 50% of the service + the travel fee.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital payments.

  • A deposit may be required to secure certain bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service or purchase.

  • We do not accept checks.

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Services are non-refundable.

Package Policy

Our spray tan packages are a great way to save, but please note:

  • Packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Unused sessions after expiration will be forfeited.

  • Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Sessions must be used by the original purchaser.

Shipping & Return Policies

We are happy to ship products directly to you! However, due to the nature of our products:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on skincare or tanning products for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Apparel items (crewnecks) may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Crop tops are final sale.

  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • All sales are final.
